In House Catering is available if needed however outside food and caterers are welcomed at Sincere.
A kitchen is not available for usage.

EVENT CENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Event Center Contracted Time: 11am-5pm, 6pm-12am, All Day
Non-Refundable Deposit: $300.00
Balance Due: by 5pm 7 days prior to event or event is cancelled with no refund
~Deposits are Non Refundable and may only be rescheduled one time if Client provides a seven (7) day cancellation notice and based upon Sincere Catering and Events availability.
~Contracted Event times shall be strictly adhered to. Your event including cleaning is required to be complete by the Event Center Contracted Time.
~A $300 Late Event Fee will charged for events that do not end on schedule per contract.
~Absolutely NO DECORATIONS are permitted on the ceilings or the walls – STRICTLY ENFORCED. Absolutely NO CONFETTI IS PERMITTED TO BE USED!! All outside decorations (brought in by Contract Holder) Must be removed from the premises at the end of the event. Balloons are required to popped over a trash can and all balloon debris is required to be picked up and discarded into a trash bin.
~All linens are required to be removed from tables and chairs and placed on linen cart if linens were provided by Sincere.
~Any remaining food shall be taken from the facility or discarded.
~Food Service Area shall be cleaned of all food debris and trash.
~Coolers are not allowed to sit on the floor. A table will be provided for your coolers.
~Trash is required to be placed in the trash dumpster in the rear of the building.
~A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be assessed if cleaning is required at the end of your event.
~A minimum of $300.00 will be charged for any Damage to the Facility.
~Loitering and drinking is PROHIBITED in the parking lot and in front of the building. You are responsible for your guests. If the police is called due to loitering or inappropriate/unlawful activity of any kind you will be assessed a $300.00 charge.
~Smoking is PROHIBITED IN FRONT of the building, INSIDE of the building, and INSIDE of bathrooms. Guests may smoke on the Smoking Patio located in the rear of the facility. Your party will be terminated and you will be charged $300.00 for smoking violations.
~The storage closet and janitor closet is not permitted to be accessed under any circumstances. You will be charged $300.00 for unauthorized entry.
~The Kitchen is not permitted to be accessed under any circumstances unless approved by the Owner. You will be charged $300.00 for unauthorized entry.
~Weapons (guns, knives, brass knuckles, etc) are not permitted inside of the facility. If a guest is caught with a weapon the party will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be provided whatsoever. It is your responsibility to convey this information to your guests.
~Receipt of your deposit acknowledges the Client's understanding and adherence of this contract.
